What fair use means
Every limit is a count you can read here. None of them is a balance you top up.
- Daily counts. Resume reviews: 3 a day per visitor without an account, 10 a day with a free account, no count on Premium. Job fit checks: 3 a day per visitor without an account, 30 a day for any signed-in account. Each count comes back within 24 hours.
- Failures do not count. In the app, a review, fit check or tailored draft that fails is given back, so your free tailored job is not lost to an error on our side. Without an account, a file we cannot read does not count.
- One ceiling on AI use. Each account has a daily ceiling on AI use, the same for Free and Premium, reset at midnight UTC. It bounds what one account can run in a day. If you reach it, the app says so and you can try again the next day.
- Our own budget. If one of our own daily AI budgets runs out, that feature pauses for everyone until the next day, and the page says so.
Questions
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Cancel within 7 days of starting Premium and we end it at once and refund the full payment, once per account. If you are a consumer in the EU you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal, set out in the Terms.
How do I cancel?
From your profile in the app, in one click. After the first 7 days, cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep Premium until the end of the month you paid for. Jobs you already tailored stay open.
What counts as a tailored job?
One job posting you tailor your resume to. Every revision, new draft and export for that same posting is part of it. A second posting is a second job. On the free plan, the first one is free.
How do I delete my data?
A job fit check without an account deletes your resume and the posting when the verdict appears. In the app you can delete a saved review any time. To delete your account, email team@jobpedia.ai: it is removed within 30 days, except billing records we must keep for accounting law.
Who handles payments?
Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Prices are in US dollars.
Do I need a card for the free plan?
No. The review and the fit check need no account, and a free account is a sign-in link by email.
Which roles does it cover?
It works best for software and data roles: the market pages are built from 13,119 postings across 2,160 employers, updated nightly. Other fields: the market pages do not cover them yet, and the review will say less.
Where do the numbers come from?
The limits on this page are the ones the code enforces. The market numbers are counted from public job postings, rebuilt nightly, and each one says what it is out of. The methodology page, jobpedia.ai/methodology, sets out how they are counted.
